Discuss Your Criteria

Lender Commitment
Once the lender accepts and approves your application, we'll ask you to read and agree to the commitment letter to make sure the lender's terms & conditions work for you.
Confirm Funding
When all your documents have been reviewed by the lender, you will be approved for funding and will work with the solicitor to advance the funds on the day of closing.
Close the Deal
On the day of closing, the solicitor will work with the lender to release funds to pay for your property and charge a mortgage as security. The deal is now funded and you get the keys!
The typical funding process for a first-time home buyer works in the following way. It can take from 1 week to 3 months for the deal to be funded depending on the scenario.
